    Reports to, and receives assistance, from : Section Coordinator

    Collaborates closely with : Maths coordinator and team / Multi-Disciplinary Learning Units (MLU) coordinator and team

     

    Essential Responsibilities Include:

    Design and deliver instruction in maths/ STEM/ EVM/ Geography for different classes.

    In addition to the above, performing all those functions that might be necessary in order to ensure that the school’s services are of the nature and quality that will help fulfil its founding vision.

    Attend relevant team meetings and workshops.

    Organizing and/or helping the school organize various functions.

    Mentoring and actively building capacity in the homeroom co-teacher/assistant teachers to help them build capabilities to be lead teachers in the subsequent year.

    Organizing and facilitating Child Study meetings with therapists and teachers in order to draw up each student’s learning profile.

    Qualifications and Prerequisites:

    Familiarity with best practices in STEM.

    Degree in Mathematics/ Science/ Engineering.

    Contract Terms:

    Period: Minimum 3 years, full time position only (8am to 4pm, 5 days per week)

    Salary: Negotiable based on background and experience
